Providing dedicated internet access to the customer, ensuring very high speeds. These packages are intended to provide faster internet access for browsing, e-mailing, streaming, gaming and other entertainment needs. To ensure minimal interruption and reliable service delivery, these packages are also available on Fibre (GEPON), in addition to cable.
Plans
Each plan will have a validity of 30 days from the monthly billing date.
Top-Up Choices
The Top-Up Choices allow you to purchase additional data for the remainder of your current billing period and expire at the end of this period without rolling over. Please note how many days you have left in your billing period when you purchase Top-Up Plans.
Top-ups will be valid until the next monthly billing date. Top-ups are available from ROL office.
Billing
A customer can purchase a package subscription on any date. The subscription will start from the ‘commencement date’ and will be valid for 30 days. The subscription will end after 30 days on ‘subscription end date’. Should the monthly usage allowance become used up before the ‘subscription end date’; the customer can ‘top-up’ the account with ‘top-up plans’. The validity for ‘top-up plans’ remain valid till the ‘subscription end date’.
Installation
Existing cable customers can upgrade to ROL Ultimate packages without any cost.
Monitoring Usage
The “dashboard” in the ROL login window will enable the customer to monitor the monthly usage.

For example, ROL 10mbps 25 GB would be much cheaper when customer downloads 30+ GB compared to the competitor’s cheapest package. ROL 5mbps 10 GB package will be cheaper from 15 GB onwards, compared to the competitor’s comparable package.

ROL customers will know how much he/she will be paying for internet during a month, as opposed to post-pay billing adopted by competitors. ROL customers will know how much is paid for internet beforehand rather than getting a shock at the end of the month.
