1. Who is Focus Infocom Private Limited?

Focus Infocom Private Limited is a special purpose vehicle company created by Focus Computers Private Limited and its partners for the provision and operation of Internet services following the ISP license issued by the Ministry of Communication Science and Technology on the 22nd of May 2003.

2. What is ROL?

ROL is the short for ‘Raajje Online.’ Raajjé Online services are managed and operated by Focus Infocom Private Limited.

3. What kind of services/products does ROL offer?

ROL offers high-speed broadband internet access over CATV Network, WiFi Solutions for remote islands, P2P Fiber Connectivity, VPN Solutions and Audio/Video Streaming Services.

4. How can I subscribe for ROL services?

You are required to fill in and submit a ROL Service Applications Form, respective to your desired product/service. Application Forms are available at:

5. How long will it take to process my application?

It will take 7-14 working days to process and activate your ROLe Internet access subscription.

6. How will I be charged for my usage?

All our Internet access charges are based on flat monthly fees. Therefore, you would be required to pay only the fixed amount relative to your subscribed package.

7. I already have a broadband service with another ISP, can I migrate it to ROL?

A direct migrations is not possible. However, you can apply as a new customer. You chose to keep or discontinue your exisiting internet connection with else ISP(s). If you choose to discontinue, any dues or charges for your existing subscription (owed to your exising ISP) will not be applicable or transferred to your ROL subscription.
